Harrison Butkers 58 yard field goal in overtime lifted the Kansas City Chiefs to a 23-20 win over the Los Angeles Chargers Sunday.
Butker kicked a 30 yard field goal as time expired to send the game to overtime.
The Chiefs trailed for most of the game.
The Chargers scored on their first possession.
The Chiefs scored on a Patrick Mahomes to Travis Kelce 10 yard pass. The extra point was blocked.
The Chargers would build a 17-6 lead before Harrison Butker kicked a 58 yard field goal and Patrick Mahomes connected with Tyreek Hill for a 54 yard scoring pass to tie the game at 17.
The Chargers retook the lead with 2:30 to play. The Chiefs tied the game as time expired in regulation.
Chiefs Coach Andy Reid called it a tough team win.
The Chiefs are now 2-0 to start the season. They play at Baltimore next Monday.
