Lyon County tallied 15 new coronavirus cases this past weekend.
Lyon County Public Health posted a new overall total of 1,027 cases with its report Monday. With 21 recovered patients, the number of active cases declined from 75 to 69. The number of deaths remains steady at 27 and the number of deaths awaiting final cause from the Kansas Department of Health and Environment remains at 9.
The latest cluster data:
*Long Term Care: 1 active cluster, 160 total cases, 6 active cases, 19 deaths (Plus 8 pending death certificates from KDHE)
*Colleges and Universities: 1 active cluster, 55 total cases, 11 active cases, 0 deaths
*Schools: 1 active cluster, 5 total cases, 3 active cases, 0 deaths
