The Emporia High girls tennis team played in the Washburn Rural Invitational Tuesday. The best finish belonged to Emily Leihsing, she finished in 4th place at number 2 singles.
Diana Magana finished in 8th place at number 1 singles.
The number 1 doubles team of Alyssa Dix and Kaitlyn Velasquez finished in 6th place. The number 2 doubles team of
Natalie Duncan and Lillee Frank also finished in 6th place.
The Lady Spartans are scheduled to host a tournament this Saturday.
