KVOE News has announced the schedule for its upcoming Candidate Forums involving Lyon County races.
*Oct. 8 will focus on the Kansas Senate 17th District Race involving Longbine and Democratic challenger Steven Vecchione
*Oct. 13 will feature the Lyon County Commission Second District race between Democrat Ronald McCoy and Republican Doug Peck. The winner claims the seat currently held by Dan Slater, who is retiring after two terms in office.
*Oct. 15 will take a closer look at the Kansas House 60th District race involving incumbent Republican Mark Schreiber and Democratic challenger Todd Maddox.
All Candidate Forums will be at 10:06 am on KVOE and KVOE.com. Programs will be in the KVOE.com Audio Vault after their completion.
