The Emporia High boys soccer team was shutout by Manhattan 4-0 Thursday night.
Manhattan scored 3 of the goals in the first half. Coach Victor Ibarra switched the line-up around and was pleased with the response in the 2nd half.
The Spartans are now 4-4-1. They will host Wichita Trinity Tuesday.
