More discussions about the future direction of the Regional Development Association of East Central Kansas are planned Friday morning.
The RDA’s Board of Directors has its monthly meeting at 7 am. Board members will get updates from the Organization and Structure Committee before diving deeper into a succession draft plan.
Strategic planning tasks and an update from ROI on target marketing are also planned as well as an update on strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats.
The meeting is at the Trusler Business Center.
