Emporia’s first Front Porch Music Fest brought music, food, and fun for all ages this past Saturday.
From 12-8 p.m., four porches rotated musical groups and artists hourly. There were also two food trucks, Two Dudes Foods, and Mis Antojitos, who served up food to hungry attendees.
Event organizer, Joe Foster, says he is glad that attendants took necessary precautions, and that the day turned out better than expected.
Foster says he hopes to make this an annual event.
