Two Emporia High golfers have earned a trip to the 5A State golf tournament.
Olivia Eckert finished in 9th place with a 91.
Avary Eckert finished in a tie for 10th place with a 92 at Mondays regional tournament played at the Emporia Golf course.
Shauna Lee of Andover Central took medalist honors after a play-off with Samantha Maceli of Pittsburg. Both golfers finished with a 78.
Andover won the team title, Salina South was 2nd and Pittsburg 3rd. All 3 teams earned trips to State.
The 5A state golf tournament will be played at Salinas Municipal golf course next Monday and Tuesday.
