Emporia Highs Emily Leihsing has been eliminated from the 5A State Tennis tournament.
She was defeated in the first round by Clara Whitaker of Kapaun Mt. Carmel 6-0, 6-0 a regional champion.
She was defeated by Megan Ward of St. James Academy 9-0 in the 1st round of consolation play.
