The Emporia High boys soccer team let one slip away in a 3-2 loss at St. Marys Academy Tuesday night.
The Spartans took a 2-0 lead on goals by Hector Hernandez and Gio Garcia. They led 2-1 at halftime. St. Marys scored twice in the 2nd half, once on a penalty kick. The Spartans fall to 6-7-1 and will close out the regular season Thursday at Junction City.
