Three people stand accused of aggravated kidnapping and a range of other counts after a case in Emporia two months ago.
22-year-old Samantha Goza, 20-year-old Lane Rogers and 19-year-old Dakota Wilson face several charges after a fight at 310 Melody Lane on Aug. 26. The trio is accused of forcing entry into the house, threatening two people inside with a knife and machete and damaging several items inside the house.
Goza and Wilson both face two counts of aggravated kidnapping, along with single counts of aggravated burglary, aggravated battery and criminal damage. Goza faces two additional counts of aggravated assault and one count of battery, while Rogers faces two counts of aggravated kidnapping.
Preliminary hearings for all three defendants are at 1 pm Thursday in Lyon County District Court.
