The Kansas AMBER Alert for a teenaged girl and a baby has been canceled after both children were found safe.
Authorities say 16-year-old Aracely Arambula and 1-month-old Belanice Arambula were found safe in Missouri. Authorities have not yet said whether the suspects, 21-year-old Jacob Diaz and 23-year-old Julian Diaz, have been found. Suspect information can be found below.
3:15 pm Sunday: Kansas AMBER Alert issued for KCK teenager, baby
A juvenile and a baby from the Kansas City, Kansas metro area are the subject of an AMBER Alert on Sunday.
The Kansas Bureau of Investigation says 16-year-old Aracely Arambula and 1-month-old Bellanice Arambula were taken early Sunday, and statements from another person nearby indicate the children are in “imminent danger.”
The suspects are 21-year-old Jacob Diaz and 23-year-old Julian Diaz. Both are Hispanic males with black hair and brown eyes. Jacob Diaz is 5-foot-9 and 135 pounds, while Julian Diaz is 5-6 and 140 pounds. The suspects were last seen in a red Honda Odyssey with an In God We Trust AR299 tag.
There are currently no indications of any connection between the suspects and the abductees.
