A hearing is on the Lyon County docket Friday afternoon for an Emporia man accused of illegal sexual activity with teenagers while employed by Emporia Public Schools.
Tyler Bosiljevac is accused of misconduct or attempted misconduct with six alleged victims ranging in age from 14 to 17, with the alleged activity taking place between July 2016 and this past February, when he was fired from his job as a teacher at Emporia High.
Bosiljevac is formally charged with indecent liberties, attempted sexual exploitation, attempted unlawful sexual relations and sexual battery.
The hearing is at 1:45 pm.
