The Emporia Recreation Commission is meeting Monday.
During the meeting, Rec Director Tom McEvoy will present a series of updates including a look at the Rec Center’s COVID-19 recovery plan. McEvoy will also present an update on the KSHSAA state volleyball tournament scheduled to take place in Emporia.
Promotion of the sports and wellness coordinator positions will also be discussed along with discussion on the installation of the center’s alarm system.
Assistant Director of Business Operations Jennifer Kraus and Assistant Director of Operations Amanda Gutierrez will both deliver reports to the board during the meeting.
The meeting will begin at 5:30 pm inside the Lee Beran Recreation Center.
