The Kansas City Chiefs held their Thanksgiving Day practice and no players on the injured list missed practice, all participated in a full practice.
The Chiefs are preparing for a Sunday showdown with Tampa Bay. Even though the Chiefs did win the game over the Raiders last week, safety Tyrann Mathieu says the defense needs to play better against the Tom Brady led Buccaneers.
Kick-off Sunday is set for 3:25pm. The game will be broadcast on Country 101.7FM with coverage beginning at 2pm.
In NFL action Thursday the Houston Texans defeated the Detroit Lions 41-25.
Deshaun Watson threw for 318 yards and 4 touchdowns.
Washington routed Dallas 41-16.
Washington’s Antonio Gibson rushed for 115 yards and three touchdowns.
