Three area counties made recent reports on coronavirus activity.
Coffey County added 43 new cases over the last week and now has 318 total. The active caseload went up from 28 to 32. There have been 10 deaths.
Greenwood County added 27 new cases since Wednesday and has 278 total. Active cases went from 46 to 70. There have been two deaths.
Osage County reported 30 new cases between Monday and Thursday. The active case number increased from 71 to 86 while the number of deaths remained steady at six. The 514 overall cases since March are second only to Lyon County for COVID-19 totals across the area.
