The Emporia High girls wrestling team had 3 first place finishers in their season opening tournament Saturday.
The Emporia High boys finished in 7th place out of 8 teams at Leavenworth.
Kalia Keosybounheuang finished in 1st place at 109 pounds.
Kiana Flores-Delgado finished in 1st place at 170 pounds.
Madelynn Griffin finished in 1st place at 126 pounds.
Chase Countys Reese Kohr finished in 1st place at 132 pounds.
The Emporia High boys had a 2nd place finish and 4 fourth place finishers.
Xerach Tungjaroenkul finished in 2nd place at 145 pounds.
David Tucker at 126, Ethan Garate at 170, Carter Garza at 195 and Diego Flores-Delgado finished in 4th place.
