The Kansas State high school activities association board of directors will be meeting Tuesday to reconsider the ban of fans at winter sports events.
Emporia High Athletic Director Curtis Simons is one of the 78 members on the board. He was a guest on the Monday Morning Quarterback.
The Board of Directors last month voted to allow the winter sports season to begin as scheduled but with out fans.
A number of appeals were filed and the appeals board voted last week to recommend to the board of directors to allow 1 or 2 spectators per participant to attend the winter sports events.
