Emporia City Commissioners will receive a closer look at future park updates during their regular study session Wednesday.
Commissioners will review a series of renderings for said improvements across several parks in Emporia. The renovations and updates will be funded by a $500,000 drawdown from the Lake Kahola fund approved earlier this year.
Additionally, commissioners will discuss the city’s snow policy and will discuss edge lighting for the Emporia Municipal Airport.
The meeting begins at 10 am inside the Municipal Courtroom at White Auditorium.
