Ongoing coronavirus response was the featured item for the USD 252 Southern Lyon County Board of Education earlier this week.
Superintendent Mike Argabright says the district is doing well as all the USD 252 schools stay open.
One area of concern at this time is transportation.
Another talking point is attendance for extracurricular activities, including athletics. Argabright says the district will use the guidance from the Kansas State High School Activities Association’s Board of Directors allowing two passes for every participant’s family and will work to make that consistent for all Lyon County League teams.
