Controlled burns won’t be allowed for Wabaunsee County residents — possibly all week long.
Sheriff Rob Hoskins has announced a burn ban effective Monday. The ban will be re-evaluated on Christmas morning.
Conditions have been dry across the KVOE listening area for months now and will stay dry all week. Breezy to windy conditions are expected all week.
