Foul play is considered unlikely after a body was discovered in Lyon County on Sunday.
Sheriff Jeff Cope says the body of a man was found west of Emporia on Sunday afternoon. The man’s name is not currently being released.
Further details about this case may be made available after an autopsy, which is expected Monday.
