Not only did Krystyna Coop and Brandon Annett welcome the newest member of their family into the world on New Years Day, they also welcomed the first baby of 2021 to be born inside Newman Regional Health.
Young Elonn Annett was born Friday morning just after 10 am. Coop says given the chaotic year that was 2020, it felt great to begin 2021 with such a tremendous blessing.
Annett says even with some spotty weather impacting the area, the day could not have been more perfect.
Both Coop and Annett tell KVOE News they’re not the only ones excited for Elonn’s birth as he has several siblings awaiting his arrival at home.
As is tradition, the family received a generous gift basket courtesy of the Newman Regional Health Auxillary.
