Another slow start cost Kansas State in a 67-60 loss to TCU Saturday.
TCU jumped out to a 26-9 lead in the first half and never trailed. Kansas State did cut the deficit to 2 in the 2nd half and trailed by 3 with 1:15 to play but could never tie the game or take the lead.
Coach Bruce Weber said the slow start was costly.
Kansas State had 4 players score in double-figures led by DaJuan Gordons 18 points.
The Wildcats are now 5-6 for the season and 1-2 in the Big-12. They are scheduled to play at Texas Tech Tuesday night.
