Are you planning to take the coronavirus vaccine once it is more widely available?
Healthier Lyon County is wanting to know and has developed a new survey for Lyon and all surrounding counties to that end. According to Daphne Mertens with Healthier Lyon County the survey is being conducted to assist with future vaccine distributions.
The survey takes about five minutes to complete with all answers kept completely confidential. No identifiable information will be collected.
Mertens says she anticipates a large amount of input from the survey for those who are both for and against the vaccine. She explains many individuals have strong opinions on the subject and the survey allows residents an opportunity to express them.
The survey can be found on the Healthier Lyon County Facebook page in both English and Spanish. The survey will be available until next Friday unless more information is needed.
