An Osage City woman has been arrested on suspicion of drug distribution.
Osage County Sheriff Chris Wells says an investigator with his department had a car stop on Kansas Highway 368 shortly after 10 am Wednesday. The investigator reported seeing several different narcotics.
The driver, 45-year-old Lori Simmons, was arrested on suspicion of possessing methamphetamine with intent to distribute as well as possession of ecstasy, cocaine and drug paraphernalia. Formal charges are pending.
