The Emporia Area Chamber of Commerce has started announcing its annual award winners.
The Volunteer of the Year honor goes to Allison Hall, who has been active in the Chamber Ambassadors Committee. A graduate of the Leadership Emporia Academy, Hall is a regular volunteer for Business After Hours events and often attends the Chamber’s Group Lunch activities.
Over the coming days, the Chamber will also name its Business of the Year, Community Impact and Lifetime Achievement award winners.
The Chamber’s 124th annual meeting will be held virtually Jan. 29. The formal banquet will be June 25. Award winners will be recognized at both events.
