One of three defendants in a pair of business burglaries from almost two years ago will get sentenced Tuesday, based on the most recent docket provided by Lyon County District Court.
Aaron Coxwell is set for sentencing at 2 pm.
Coxwell had pleaded no contest to conspiracy and burglary in late August after Kari’s Diamonds and Bridal was burglarized in May 2019. He also failed to appear at his original sentencing hearing this past November.
The other two defendants were sentenced early last year after reaching separate plea agreements on charges of conspiracy. Nicholas Hall received 31 months in prison, while Lesli Fontenot got 14 months for their involvement in the burglary at Kari’s and a separate burglary at TP Jewelry and Pawn a week before the Kari’s burglary.
