Lyon County remains 14th in Kansas when it comes to total coronavirus cases per county.
Lyon County has held that spot now since mid-December. Public Health lists the county with 3,753 cases, while the Kansas Department of Health and Environment has Lyon County with an additional 30 cases.
Active cases are at 136. Deaths are at 68 with three awaiting final cause from KDHE.
All area counties may well announce new data sets Monday.
On Friday, Greenwood County announced four new cases to put its total at 557 over the past 10 months. There are 21 active cases, down three from Wednesday. Two people have died.
Also Friday, Coffey County announced 23 new cases, so its new total is 560 cases. Thirty cases are active, up two from the prior week. Twelve people have died.
