Emporia’s Hopkins Manufacturing plant has a new manager.
Randy Hizar was announced Friday. A Lyon County native, Hizar has served the past 25 years in several management roles with Detroit Remanufacturing. Hopkins says Hizar brings “an exceptional background” in operations management, quality management and improvement initiatives.
Hizar will be responsible for all manufacturing, distribution, quality, safety, planning and engineering for the Emporia location.
