Three people formally accused of kidnapping and conspiracy will be back in Lyon County District Court for hearings this week.
Samantha Goza, Lane Rogers and Dakota Wilson will have separate mediation hearings Thursday before Morris County Judge Benjamin Sexton. Rogers will have a hearing at 9:10 am, while Goza will appear at 1 pm and Wilson will have his hearing at 1:35 pm.
Goza, Wilson and Rogers are accused of breaking into 310 Melody Lane, starting a fight with two people inside the mobile home and damaging several items inside. Goza is also accused of attacking one of the people inside with a knife in hand. Charges against the trio range from aggravated kidnapping to aggravated assault, aggravated battery and conspiracy among others.
