The Emporia High girls basketball team opens play in the Glaciers Edge tournament Thursday night.
The Lady Spartans will be playing Goddard Eisenhower. Eisenhower is ranked 7th in 5A in this weeks Coaches Poll.
Emporia High Coach Carolyn Dorsey says they play a deliberate style of basketball.
Junior Rylee Peak says they are playing with confidence.
Tip-off is set for 7 pm at Emporia High School.
The game will be broadcast on KVOE 1400AM/96.9FM.
