The Emporia High boys wrestling team was 1-1 in duels Wednesday night. The Spartans defeated DeSoto and lost to Bashore-Linwood.
Pierce Moore, David Tucker, Ethan Garate, and Carter Garza were undefeated.
Coach Brook Medrano says he is pleased with the way his team has wrestled this year.
The Emporia High girls defeated Bashore-Linwood in their duel.
Up next for both teams will be regionals.
The boys go to Andover on February 12th.
The girls will host their regional on February 13th.
