The Emporia High girls bowling team finished in 2nd place and the boys finished in 3rd place in the Emporia Quad Thursday.
The girls did not have a top 5 finisher.
The boys were led by Chase Swift who finished in 2nd place with a 729 series.
Tanner McGuire finished in 5th place with a 692 series.
Both the girls and the boys are scheduled to compete in the Great Plains Tournament on Saturday.
