One of three suspects in a home invasion and shooting from last fall will be in Lyon County District Court for a preliminary hearing Wednesday.
24-year-old Lance Sutton was arrested in late October in connection to a shooting at Linn and Whildin as well as a robbery at 9 South Rural. Sutton faces two counts of aggravated burglary and one count of aggravated robbery with a dangerous weapon.
Sutton’s hearing is scheduled for 3:30 pm.
Another suspect in the case, Kenneth Hopkins, appeared in district court Friday afternoon for a pretrial hearing. During that time two separate hearings were set for mid and late March.
A third suspect, 24-year-old Marcos Diaz, remains at large at last word.
