The Emporia State women and mens basketball teams are back in action Saturday.
They play at Lincoln.
The Lady Hornets defeated Lincoln Thursday night 92-86, a game they felt fortunate to win.
Senior Fredricka Sheats says they need to find that grove.
The Emporia State men have not played since last Saturday, a loss to Rogers State. Lincoln won the first meeting back in December. Emporia State Coach Craig Doty says they have a game plan for the rematch.
Game times in Jefferson City, Missouri are 1 pm for the women and 3 pm for the men.
Both games will be broadcast on MIX 104.9.
The NCAA has announced the sites for this years Division II regional tournaments.
The womens central regional will be played in Warrensburg, Missouri hosted by Central Missouri.
The mens central regional will be played in Aberdeen, South Dakota.
6 teams will advance to the regional round.
Both Kansas and Kansas State are also in action Saturday.
The Jayhawks play at Iowa State. Tip-off is set for 2 pm. The game will be broadcast on KVOE 1400AM/96.9FM.
Kansas State plays at Oklahoma State. Tipoff is set for 11 am. The game will be broadcast on Country 101.7FM.
Sundays Wichita State at SMU game has been postponed. SMU is in COVID protocol.
