The Emporia High girls wrestling team qualified 10 for sub-state at Saturdays regional tournament.
The Lady Spartans had 2 regional champions, Madelynn Griffin at 126 pounds and Megan Olson at 235 pounds.
Virginia Munoz finished in 2nd place at 138 pounds.
Four Lady Spartans finished in 3rd place, Kalia Keosybounheuang at 109 pounds, Hannah Boa at 143 pounds, Adriana Hernandez at 155 pounds, and Trinity Ervin at 191 pounds.
Three Lady Spartans finished 4th place, Evelin Geronimo at 101 pounds, Caitlin Bolton at 132 pounds, and Kiana Flores-Delgado at 170 pounds.
As a team, Emporia High finished in 2nd place to Washburn Rural.
The sub-state tournament will be held at Leavenworth on Friday with the top 4 finishers in each weight class advancing to state.
