The Jayhawks had five scorers in double figures with David McCormack leading the way with 17 points. Ochai Agbaji added 14 points, Jalen Wilson finished with 11 points, and Marcus Garrett and Christian Braun each scored 10 points.
Kansas has now won 5 games in a row.
They are scheduled to play at Texas Tuesday night.
