Lyon County Treasurer Sharon Gaede has announced the latest vehicle tag deadline.
Friday is the last day to renew tags for people with last names beginning with the letter “A.” It’s also the last day to renew tags for items like commercial vehicles, trailers, heavy trucks and farm vehicles.
Residents can get in line virtually by using the QLess app or by visiting www.lyoncounty.org. Residents need to have current proof of insurance and a valid Kansas ID to complete the process.
Motor Vehicle office hours are 8 am to 4:30 pm weekdays.
