Emporia’s Presbyterian Manor is getting recognized for its customer service.
Pinnacle Quality Insight has given the facility its 2021 Customer Experience Award after receiving high marks for the admission process, cleanliness, laundry service, safety, security, recommendations and overall customer experience along with activities and transportation. The award symbolizes Presbyterian Manor ranking in the top 15 percent of the county across a 12-month average.
Pinnacle Quality asked residents and family members a series of questions during surveys last year. Presbyterian Manor, meanwhile, used real-time results to better understand resident needs and make improvements if needed.
Pinnacle Quality Insight works with more than 2,500 care providers in the United States and Canada, conducting more than 150,000 phone surveys a year in the process.
