Emporia city commissioners have several discussion points in place for their upcoming study session Wednesday morning.
Commissioners will start their meeting by looking at potential funding opportunities through Healthier Lyon County and its use of a Pathways to a Healthy Kansas grant.
Commissioners will receive an update on a development agreement that will bring Quik Trip to town as part of the Flint Hills Crossing project near 18th and Graphic Arts.
In addition, commissioners will have more discussion on Rural Housing Incentive District policies as the city tries to work out of a housing crunch.
