The Lyon County Planning and Appeals Board will consider final plat for land near Emporia during its regular monthly meeting Wednesday evening.
Board members will look at Larry Fowler’s plan for a plat and a conditional use permit for agriculture single-family dwelling in the 1300 block of Road 160. Fowler’s request is the only agenda item.
The meeting starts at 7 pm at the Lyon County Courthouse Annex.
