Lyon County commissioners have public health orders, housing updates and a contract extension on their agenda for Thursday’s action meeting.
Near the end of the meeting, commissioners will discuss whether to extend or adjust the current public health order in light of the ongoing coronavirus response effort.
Separately, commissioners will get a countywide housing update from Regional Development Association of East Central Kansas board member Jamie Sauder. Treasurer Sharon Gaede will present the $9,000 QLess contract for renewal. And Zoning and Floodplain Administrator Sam Seeley will present a resolution adjusting certain text in the city-county joint comprehensive plan.
The meeting starts at 9 am in the County Courthouse.
