Wichita State was outscored by Cincinnati 60-59 in the semi-finals of the American Athletic Conference tournament Saturday.
The Shockers rallied in the 2nd half to take a 6 point lead but could not hold on for the win.
Wichita State will have to wait for the selection show to find out if they get into the NCAA Tournament.
Cincinnati will play Houston in the AAC Championship game Sunday afternoon. The game will be broadcast on KVOE 1400AM/96.9FM with coverage beginning at 2 pm.
In the Big-12 Championship game, Texas out-scored Oklahoma State 91-86.
Texas gets the automatic NCAA tournament bid for the Big-12.
The rest of the mens NCAA tournament field will be announced Sunday evening.
