The North Lyon County Youth Association and Child Development Center is holding its largest annual fundraiser Saturday.
The NLCYA fish fry will be held Saturday afternoon at the North Lyon County Community Center in Allen. In the more than 20 years since the event’s inception, it has grown from a simple fundraiser to being the organization’s largest source of revenue each year.
NLCYA spokesperson Kiley Dedonder, a recent guest of KVOE’s Morning show, ran through Saturday’s menu.
In addition to the meal, the event will also feature a silent auction and raffle for those that attend the event in person. Bids will close at 7:30 pm.
Residents will have the option of carryout, delivery or dining in with social distancing and mask use in effect. The event will run from noon to 8 pm Saturday.
The cost of food is a free-will donation to the organization.
