There will be some format adjustments, but Flint Hills Technical College’s largest annual fundraiser is taking place this week.
The annual FHTC Night of Inspiration Gala will be taking place Friday night at White Auditorium. Fundraising is already underway with a silent auction on the college’s website that went live Monday morning.
FHTC Vice President of Advancement Mike Crouch says there will be several changes to this year’s event due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. Mask usage and social distancing will be required, dinner will be served at each table instead of in a buffet format and capacity will be limited.
Despite this, Crouch says the purpose of the gala has not changed. All proceeds from the gala will go towards providing scholarships to FHTC students.
The Gala gets underway Friday at 6 pm.
Tickets for the gala are still available and cost $60 apiece. For more information visit FHTC.edu.
