Lyon County deputies are still looking for an Emporia man who allegedly fled the scene of a rollover crash over the weekend.
James Frye, age 25, allegedly left the scene of Saturday morning’s single-vehicle wreck in the 700 block of Kansas Highway 99 outside Olpe. Two passengers, 46-year-old Laurie Warren of Emporia and 35-year-old Jennifer Ziegler of New York, suffered minor injuries and declined transport to a hospital afterward.
Frye was apparently northbound when the SUV left the highway for currently unknown reasons. The SUV went back onto the highway but then went into a ditch and rolled on its top.
