The National Federation of State High School Associations has given its approval to allow shot clocks for high school basketball.
The approval allows states to decide if they want to institute a 35-second shot clock beginning with the 2022-23 school year.
The Kansas State High School Activities Association says they will consult with member school adminstrators this next school year to determine if Kansas wants to institute a shot clock.
