A slight decrease in active COVID-19 cases and a slight increase in overall cases were reported in Lyon County Friday.
Lyon County Public Health noted an increase of one new coronavirus case in the county between Wednesday and Friday. The overall total now stands at 4,263 cases since late last March.
The active total dipped one after two recoveries were reported and now stands at 18. The death count was unchanged at 85 with one case still pending final cause information from the Kansas Department of Health and Environment.
Active hospitalizations remained at one.
