Emporia High golfers Brooks Sauder and Caden Massey will be playing in the 5A State tournament at Newton beginning Monday.
Junior Brooks Sauder will be making his 2nd state tournament appearance. He says Newtons Sand Creek Station Golf Course does offer several challenges.
Sophomore Caden Massey is making his first state tournament appearance. He says he has to play smart.
The 1A State golf tournament will be played at the Emporia Golf Course.
Olpes Jordan Barnard and Max Blaufuss will be playing in the tournament.
Osage Citys Gunnar Fort and Burlingtons Nickolas Davies and Carson Hess will be playing in the 3A tournament at Hesston.
Chase Countys Lathe Watkins and Sophia Glanville will be playing in the Sand Greens tournament at Tipton.
